How it works
BuyCS2Skins is a CS2 skin store where you can buy skins and sell your own. You pay from a balance topped up via SBP, by card or in USDT. The skin arrives as a Steam trade offer. Sale revenue is paid out in USDT once the hold ends. Fees are added on top and shown before you pay.
| What you do | What you need | How it ends |
|---|---|---|
| Buy a skin | A sign-in, a trade URL and money on your balance | The skin arrives as a Steam trade offer |
| Sell a skin | A Steam sign-in, a trade URL and a public inventory | Revenue on your balance once the hold ends |
| Withdraw revenue | Telegram linked to your account and your own USDT wallet | USDT in your wallet |
Buying
- Sign in with a code from Telegram or through Steam on the sign-in page.
- Save your trade URL. That is where we send the trade offer.
- Top up your balance. You enter the amount you want to land on your balance, and the fee is added to what you pay.
- Pick a skin in the catalog, add it to the cart and pay from your balance.
- Accept the trade offer in Steam. The button appears on the order page.
Before the first purchase, make your Steam inventory public and turn on the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator: without it Steam holds trades. You can test your trade URL with the Trade link check tool.
Selling
- Sign in through Steam and save your trade URL. Without a Steam sign-in we cannot see your inventory.
- Open the sell page. Each item shows the price we pay for it.
- Select the items and create the deal. The price is locked at that moment.
- Accept the trade offer in Steam.
- Wait for the hold to end. After that you can withdraw the revenue or spend it on other skins.
You can value your inventory without signing in: paste your trade URL on the sell page.
Money: two balances, two kinds of money
You have two balances, one in rubles and one in dollars. SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System) and cards top up the ruble balance. A USDT transfer tops up the dollar balance. An order is paid in full from one of them. Money does not move between balances.
Each balance holds two kinds of money:
- Top-ups. Money you paid in. It can only be spent on skins and cannot be withdrawn in any currency.
- Revenue. Money from selling your own skins. You can spend it on purchases or withdraw it in USDT.
We are a skin store, not a currency exchange. That is why you cannot pay in rubles and take them out as USDT without selling a skin.
Fees and timing
A fee applies when you top up and when you withdraw, and it is always added on top: the exact amount you entered reaches your balance or your wallet. You see the calculation before you confirm. Current rates, amount limits and the length of the revenue hold are listed on the Fees page.
Timing does not depend on us alone. You have to accept the trade offer in Steam, and after a trade Steam does not let you transfer the received item for several days. You can still play with it right away.
What we do not do
- We never ask for your Steam password or Steam Guard codes. The Steam sign-in happens on Steam's own page.
- We do not pay out to bank cards and we do not pay out top-ups.
- We do not promise that a skin will go up in price. Market prices move both ways.
If something goes wrong
If a trade does not go through, the price of the item returns to the same balance you paid from. What happens when you reverse a trade you have already accepted is covered on the Guarantees page. Support answers by email at support@buycs2skins.com: include your order or deal number.
Questions and answers
Do I need to register with an email and password?
No. You sign in with a code from Telegram or through the official Steam sign-in page, so there is no site password to create. Selling requires a Steam sign-in.
How do I receive a skin I bought?
As a Steam trade offer sent to the trade URL saved in your profile. The button that opens the offer appears on the order page, and the link is also sent to you in Telegram.
What is the difference between a top-up and revenue?
A top-up is money you paid in yourself: it can only be spent on skins. Revenue is money from selling your own skins: you can spend it on purchases or withdraw it in USDT.
Can I get paid to a bank card?
No. Sale revenue is paid out only in USDT to your own wallet. Top-ups cannot be withdrawn at all.
