These are short answers to the questions we hear most often. You can buy a skin after signing in with a code from Telegram or through Steam, and you pay from your balance. Only revenue from selling your own skins can be withdrawn, and only in USDT. Fees are added on top and shown before you pay.

Sign-in and profile
How do I sign in? With a code from Telegram or through Steam. In the first case the bot sends you six digits. In the second you sign in on Steam's own page. There is no site password.
Why link both Telegram and Steam? You cannot sell skins without Steam. Without Telegram you get no confirmation codes, and those are needed to withdraw revenue and to change your trade URL.
Where do I enter my trade URL? In your account settings or right in the cart. The first URL is saved at once. Changing a saved one is confirmed with a code from Telegram.
The code from Telegram does not work. Why? The code is single-use, expires after a short time and only works in the browser where you requested it. Request a new one on the sign-in page.
Buying and paying
What currency are prices in? Rubles or dollars. You choose the currency in the site header, and the order is paid from the balance in that currency.
What does "fee on top" mean? You enter the amount you want on your balance. The fee is added to what you pay, and before paying you see three numbers: the amount credited, the fee and the total.
How long does delivery take? The delivery time is shown on the item card before you buy. Once the offer is sent, you need to accept it in Steam before the timer on the order page runs out.
Why can I not sell or transfer a skin right after buying it? After a trade, Steam does not let you transfer the received item for several days. You can play with it right away.
The offer has not arrived or cannot be accepted. What should I check? That your trade URL is current, your inventory is public, the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator is on and you are signed in to the right Steam account. If the trade does not go through, the money comes back.
Selling and payouts
How do I sell a skin? Sign in through Steam, select items on the sell page and accept the trade offer. The price we pay is shown next to each item before the deal.
When do I get the money for a sold skin? Revenue appears on your balance once you accept the trade, but it is held first. The length of the hold is on the Fees page, and the date for each deal is in your sales list.
Why can I not select an item for sale? Usually the item is still trade-locked, or we are not buying that item right now. Such items are marked and cannot be selected.
Where is the money paid out? Only in USDT to your own wallet. Turning USDT into money on a card happens outside our service, with a provider of your choice.
Why can I not withdraw a top-up? We are a skin store, not a currency exchange. Money you pay in is for purchases, and only revenue from sales can be withdrawn.
Safety and refunds
Do you ask for my Steam password? No. We need neither your password nor Steam Guard codes, for buying or for selling.
Do I get my money back if I cancel a trade? Before you accept the offer, the full item price is refunded. If you reverse an accepted trade through Steam, you get the price minus a penalty. The details are on the Guarantees page.

How do I buy a skin?
Sign in with a code from Telegram or through Steam, save your trade URL, top up your balance and pay for the order. The skin arrives as a Steam trade offer that you need to accept.
How can I pay?
Via SBP, by card or with a USDT transfer. SBP and cards top up the ruble balance, a USDT transfer tops up the dollar balance.
What is the fee?
A fee applies to top-ups and withdrawals and is added on top of the amount. Current rates are on the Fees page, and you see the exact calculation before you pay.
Can I withdraw money to a bank card?
No. Only revenue from selling your own skins can be withdrawn, and only in USDT to your wallet. Top-ups cannot be withdrawn.
What if the trade offer does not arrive?
Open the order page: it shows the status and the button that opens the offer. Test your trade URL with the Trade link check tool. If the trade does not go through, the money returns to the same balance automatically.
