Consent to Personal Data Processing

This is the text of the consent that you give by a separate checkbox at your first sign-in to the BuyCS2Skins.com website. Capitalized words have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service (/terms).

1.1. Consent is given by the User when, at the first sign-in to the Site, the User ticks the checkbox for consent to personal data processing.

1.2. The User gives consent freely, of the User's own will and in the User's own interest.

1.3. By ticking the checkbox, the User confirms being at least 18 years old and having read the Privacy Policy (/privacy).

1.4. The Operator records the date and time when consent is given and the version of this text.

2.1. Consent is given to the Operator: Future Core LLC, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Logvinenko st. 55, apt. 32. Registration No. 33044-7301-OOO, TIN 02206202610000.

3.1. The consent covers the following data:

(a) the identifier of the Telegram account, the display name and the avatar;

(b) the identifier of the Steam account, the display name and the avatar;

(c) the Trade Link;

(d) the contents of the Counter-Strike 2 inventory of the Steam account, when the User sells Items or uses the inventory valuation tool;

(e) the history of operations and orders, including the USDT wallet address specified for withdrawal;

(f) technical logs: IP address, information about the browser and the device, date and time of requests;

(g) cookies;

(h) the text of support inquiries and the address they were sent from.

3.2. The Operator does not request an email address or a phone number for sign-in or for operations.

4. Purposes of Processing

4.1. The data is processed in order to:

(a) recognize the User at sign-in and maintain the User's Account;

(b) maintain the Balance, accept top-ups and pay out Revenue;

(c) deliver purchased Items and accept sold Items by Steam trades;

(d) send sign-in codes, confirmation codes and notifications about operations;

(e) protect Users and the Service from fraud and unauthorized access;

(f) reply to inquiries and handle disputed cases;

(g) comply with legal requirements.

5. What the Operator Does with the Data

5.1. The User consents to the following actions with the data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, disclosure to the persons listed in section 6, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5.2. The data is processed using automated means.

6. To Whom the Data Is Disclosed

6.1. The User consents to the disclosure of data to the Operator's partners that take part in the operation of the Service: payment services, suppliers, Telegram, Steam and the server provider. Data is disclosed to the extent needed for the specific operation.

6.2. The partners listed in clause 6.1 are located in different countries. The User consents to the transfer of data to those countries.

6.3. Data is disclosed to state authorities only upon a lawful request.

7.1. The consent is valid from the moment the checkbox is ticked until the Account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

7.2. After the Account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn, the history of operations is kept for the period stated in clause 6.2 of the Privacy Policy.

8.1. The User may withdraw consent at any time. To do so, the User writes to support: support@buycs2skins.com.

8.2. The Operator stops processing the data within the time limit stated in clause 9.3 of the Privacy Policy, except for data that it is obliged to keep by law.

8.3. After consent is withdrawn, the Service can no longer be used. Before withdrawing consent, the User may spend Top-ups on purchases and withdraw available Revenue.
