You choose: rubles or dollars. Proceeds go to the balance in that currency, and you can withdraw or spend them from there.
Why is an item not accepted?
Not every item is accepted right now. We do not take items with a trade lock or items that are not being bought at the moment. They are marked in the list and cannot be selected.
Can I cancel a sale?
Yes: until you accept the trade offer in Steam you can decline it, and the item stays with you. If you reverse an accepted trade through Steam, the proceeds are not credited.
Do you need my Steam password?
No. You sign in on Steam's own page and accept the trade offer yourself. We do not ask for your password or Steam Guard codes.
